Inuit are said to have 50 different ways of saying “snow.” For us it is the same with the color pink: a tone with a thousand hues that change with each vintage, following the seasons. It is impossible for us to predict what each new vintage of Pinot Noir will bring to the table. This journey of discovery is what On Attend Les Invités is all about.

history

On Attend Les Invités was born in 2001, when Luretta decided to expand its line of sparkling wines to include an austere, rich and structured wine meant to stand in contrast with Principessa, the freshest and most accessible sparkling of the collection.

From the first vintage with a nearly white color, we decide to proceed without compromises, transforming On Attend into a real, full-bodied rosé. Since then, this wine has continued to change from year to year, reflecting how the fruit evolves along with the terroir.

Aged for 36 months on the lees and dosed at 8 grams per liter, On Attend maintains its character with each vintage, despite the continuous evolution that makes it a wine for collectors.
