Pas Dosé

Pure, superb and complex

A Traditional Method for events that don’t happen twice. A no-dosage sparkling wine aged on lees for 36 months, Pas Dosé is born from the combination of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Uncompromising bubbles

Pas Dosé does not compromise. Why should it?
Good wine has character. It’s a special experience, a road to travel without knowing the destination. Let yourself be guided without expectations. Be pervaded by new sensations and discover yourself through unexplored frontiers. Pas Dosé may not be a wine you drink every day, but when the time comes you will know you have to let go of the reins.

Pure, sophisticated, with a robust body: this is our 2015 Pas Dosé, a Traditional Method sparkling born from the combination of Pinot Noir (70%) and Chardonnay (30%) designed to be uncorked only on special occasions. 36 months of aging on lees and no dosage: the ideal wine to celebrate moments that happen once in a lifetime.

So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.

Pas Dosé is not released every year and vintages do not even come in chronological order. Each season has its own characteristics and respecting what the earth offers us is our top priority.
For example, when the 2016 vintage ran out, we released the 2015 vintage. One step back to take two steps forward. The secret ingredient of one of Cantina Luretta’s most successful sparkling wines was patience.

The 2015 vintage was particularly good for all of our varietals and when it was time to put the Pas Dosé on sale, we chose not to. Such an important wine deserved to be aged at least one more year in order to reach its full potential.
18 months after that decision and 5 years after the harvest, we are proud to present Pas Dosé 2015, an elegant and delicate sparkling wine, produced with the Traditional Method from the combination of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes and 36 months of aging on lees.
